6:00pm-7:00pm-  New Plumbing and Heating Installations: What to Look for (Nick Castoldi, Semperflow Plumbing)

Nick will be discussing the proper and legal ways to install plumbing and heating systems. He will be showing us many examples in the field where homeowners and professionals have failed with their installations. Covering common mistakes and shortcuts used by non-professionals.

7:00pm-8:00pm- Effective Report Writing Strategies (Leonard Licari, BSure Home Inspections)

Lenny will be discussing faster, accurate and more efficient ways to complete your inspection report in the field so you don’t need to spend hours at home completing your report. Over the last several meetings, the issue about how long it takes the average Home Inspector to complete their Inspection report varied from 1 hour to 2 and a half hours. Lenny will discuss how his company gathers info, pictures and videos and imports them into their software so you only have to spend between 20-30 minutes per report to give you more time with your family and the rest time that you deserve. Lenny’s technique will work for just about any software that you are currently using.

8:00pm-9:00pm- Round Table Discussion:  Best Practics for Report Writing, Tips and Tricks (Leonard Licari and John Gallagher)

The session will cover a sampling of other inspector’s strategies for writing up defects and communicating to the client.
